We use your details strictly to run our services and keep you safe. We promise that:
• Your information is stored securely on our protected charity databases (ClubRight and the Paxton door access system).
• Only authorized staff and volunteers who are directly supporting you can see your details.
• We never sell your data or share your personal phone number or address with outside organisations without your explicit permission, unless we are legally required to do so for your immediate safety (safeguarding).
3. How Long We Keep Your Data
We only keep your information for as long as you remain a part of our community. If you ever choose to leave our service, your records will be securely and permanently deleted from our digital systems or physically shredded within [insert timeframe, e.g., 6 months].
